We are a retailer. We source dresses from suppliers and sell them exclusively through our official website at slowix.com.

You are shopping for personal, non-commercial use
The information you provide — name, address, and payment details — is accurate and current

We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders where we suspect fraud, misuse, or a policy violation.

Product Information

We do our best to accurately represent every item we carry, including descriptions, measurements, fabric details, and photography. That said, please keep in mind:

Colors may appear slightly different on different screens and devices. We try to photograph items in accurate lighting, but a small variance is normal.
Measurements may vary by up to 0.5 inch due to the nature of garment production. Always check the size chart on the individual product page before ordering.
If a product description and a photo appear to conflict, the written description takes precedence.

Orders and Payment

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. It becomes a confirmed order once payment is successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to cancel an order due to stock availability, pricing errors, or payment verification issues. If we cancel your order for any reason, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and do not include applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout.

We accept payment through secure third-party payment processors. Slowix does not store or have access to your full card details.

Shipping

Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and on our Shipping Policy page. These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather events, and high-volume periods can affect delivery windows.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined in our Return and Refund Policy. Please review that page before placing your order, especially if you are purchasing a final sale item or a made-to-order style.

If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery and we will make it right.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting support@slowix.com. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you no longer want the item after it arrives, you may follow our standard return process.

All content on this website — including product images, copy, branding, and design — belongs to Slowix or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, or use any content from this site without our written permission.

Acceptable Use
