Shipping policy

When you are ordering a dress for a specific occasion, delivery timing is part of the plan. This page covers everything you need to know about how we ship, how long it takes, and what to do if something goes wrong.


Where We Ship

We ship within the United States only. We currently deliver to the 48 contiguous states.

We do not ship to:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • Puerto Rico
  • Guam
  • U.S. military APO, FPO, and DPO addresses
  • International addresses
  • P.O. boxes
  • Freight forwarding addresses

If your shipping address is outside our delivery area, your order will be cancelled and refunded in full. Please confirm your address before placing your order.


Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays begin processing the next business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has left our facility.


Shipping Costs and Delivery Time

Standard Shipping: $12.00 flat rate per order.

Free Standard Shipping: Available on orders over $139.00, calculated after discounts are applied and before tax.

Estimated delivery breakdown:

  • Order processing: 1 to 3 business days
  • Shipping transit: 7 to 9 business days
  • Total estimated delivery: 8 to 12 business days from order date

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

We do not currently offer expedited or express shipping. All orders ship via standard carrier service.


Free Shipping Terms

Free standard shipping applies when your order subtotal exceeds $139.00, calculated after any discount codes are applied and before sales tax is added.

  • Free shipping applies to the 48 contiguous U.S. states only.
  • Free shipping does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, military addresses, or any address outside our delivery area.
  • If a return reduces your order subtotal below $139.00, the original $12.00 shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

All orders ship from within the United States. Because we ship domestically only, no international customs fees or import duties apply to any order placed on slowix.com.

Sales tax is calculated based on your shipping address and displayed at checkout before you complete your order.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take 24 to 48 hours to appear after the carrier picks up the shipment.

If you have not received a shipping confirmation after 4 business days from your order date, check your spam folder first. If it is not there, email us at support@slowix.com with your order number.


Delays and Disruptions

Processing and transit times may be longer during high-volume periods, major U.S. holidays, or weather-related carrier disruptions. If your order is affected, we will notify you by email.

Common reasons for delays:

  • High order volume during sale periods or major holidays
  • Carrier delays outside our control
  • Incomplete or unverifiable shipping address provided at checkout
  • Payment verification holds

If you have an event coming up, we recommend ordering with at least 2 to 3 weeks to spare to allow time for processing, transit, and any adjustments you may need.


Lost or Stalled Packages

If your tracking has not updated for several business days or your package appears lost, contact us at support@slowix.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier on your behalf to find a resolution.

Please allow up to 2 business days for us to investigate before a replacement or refund is issued.


Order Changes and Cancellations

If your order has not yet entered processing, we may be able to cancel or modify it. Contact us as quickly as possible at support@slowix.com with your order number.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancel it. If the item has already shipped, please follow our return process once it arrives.

Ordering for a bridal party, bachelorette group, or multiple occasions? Contact us before placing your order and we will confirm availability and make sure the process runs smoothly.
