Refund policy
We want you to feel confident shopping with us. If something is not right, we will work with you to make it right — clearly and without unnecessary back-and-forth.
Please read this page before submitting a return request.
Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with no signs of use
- Free of makeup, perfume, deodorant, stains, and odors
- Returned with all original tags attached
- Returned in original packaging where possible
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
The following items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:
- Final Sale items — Any item marked Final Sale, clearance, or discounted over 50% is not eligible for return.
- Custom or made-to-order dresses — Items made to your specific measurements are final sale unless a confirmed manufacturing defect exists.
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery — Returns requested or shipped after the 30-day window will not be accepted.
- Items that show signs of wear — Dresses with makeup, odor, stains, or removed tags will be rejected and returned to sender.
How to Start a Return
Do not ship your package back without contacting us first. If a package is sent to the wrong address without prior approval, we are unable to process a refund.
To start a return, email us at support@slowix.com with the following:
- Your order number
- The name of the item you want to return
- Your reason for the return
- Photos of the item if it arrived damaged or defective
We will respond within 1 to 2 business days with the correct return warehouse address and step-by-step instructions.
Return Shipping — Who Pays
We cover return shipping if: The item arrived damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong item. Contact us with photos and we will provide a return shipping reimbursement. Once we receive the item and verify the issue, we will refund the full order amount plus your return shipping cost based on your carrier receipt.
You cover return shipping if: The return is for personal reasons — changed your mind, no longer need it, or preferred a different style. In this case, return shipping is your responsibility and the original outbound shipping fee is non-refundable.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your return at our warehouse:
- We will inspect the item within 1 to 3 business days of receipt
- Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method
- Funds typically appear within 3 to 5 business days depending on your bank or card provider
You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
If your refund has not appeared after 5 business days, check with your bank first. If the issue persists, contact us at support@slowix.com with your order number.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, the simplest path is:
- Submit a return request for the original item following the steps above
- Place a new order for the correct item once your return is approved
This ensures the item you want is actually in stock and keeps the process moving faster than a traditional exchange.
Order Cancellations and Changes
Within 24 hours of placing your order: Contact us at support@slowix.com and we may be able to cancel or modify your order. If the order has not yet entered processing, you will receive a full refund.
After your order has shipped: We are unable to cancel or make changes. Once your package arrives, you are welcome to go through the return process above if needed.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@slowix.com. Include clear photos showing the issue.
We will arrange the return at no cost to you and issue a full refund once the item is received and verified.
